REVIZ is Amelia Salas and Raphael Freud
Amelia Salas was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She has always had a love of Film and Music. Creating videos on 8mm and 16mm at a young age. She furthered her education at the prestigious UC Berkeley where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Film Studies. She began creating Visual Art for Music Festivals in the late 90’s. Performing “Live Video Installations” all over the Bay Area and then the Metropolitan New York Area. Presenting at prestigious Night Clubs such as Twilo, The Limelight, and Crobar to name a few. She moved on to obtaining a “Sound Technician” position on “Sharing English Together” an Educational Video Series winning an “Aurora Award” for Educational Excellence. Then moving on to creating a few Independent Films. From there she moved on to Documentary Filmaking. Covering Underground Music Festivals all around the East Coast. Upon Moving to New Mexico she has joined IATSE Local 480. Here she also finds time to teach her many crafts at “Quote-Unquote’s” Media Headquarters teaching Video Field Production and the Final Cut Pro Editing Platform.

Raphael Freud was born in New Jersey. He has indulged in the Arts all his life as well as learning the technical side side of things. Learning Electronics repair from his father at a young age his father’s Video Store led him to view many, many films.He continued his education at Middlesex College and then The School of Visual Arts “SVA” in Manhattan. Here he also furthered his DJ career by gaining popularity and residencies in the prestigious New York Nightclub Circuit. Not satisfied with music alone Raphael began programming Lights for the nightclubs and from there creating Video Art Installations. His Installations where shown at various Art Galleries around NYC and Grand Central Station. After teamming up with Amelia Salas he went on to move his Visual Art into the nightclubs along with his music. Raphael went on to have a very successful DJ career playing up and down the East and West Coasts with various stops in between. From there moving on to Full Production Video creating works for Bands and Marketing Firms and Documentaries.
Raphael now finds himself in New Mexico. A member of The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees he has worked on many Major Motion Pictures as a Lamp Operator and Electrical Rigging Technician whilst keeping REVIZ going strong.
